People who subscribed earlier with double opt-in remain on our list, which is managed by an external newsletter service provider, until they unsubscribe. We process the email address, the company name where provided and the subscription status. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, via the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to info@rubberfex.com; you will then receive no further newsletters. We keep proof of your consent and of the unsubscription only as long as needed to demonstrate compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

If you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer you. Our email is hosted by an external email hosting provider. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete emails when they are no longer needed for your enquiry, unless they relate to a contract and must be kept for tax or commercial-law reasons.

5. Transfers to third countries

Our website hosting provider may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR); a copy of the safeguards can be requested by email. We do not sell personal data.
